WAS ABLE TO ORDER BOTH RETURN AND ACCOUNT TRANSCRIPT ON 01/29. NEVER LOST MY 1 BAR AND TOPIC 152. TALKED TO 3 DIFFERENT IRS REPS 1ST TOLD ME I HAD A LETTER COMING, THE OTHER 2 REPS AFTERWARD SAID THEY DID NOT SEE A LETTER BEING SENT AND MY ACCT LOOKS FINE.

Ok, if you read the official statement by the IRS with everything shut down it DOES NOT APPLY to people who had already filed their taxes and they had been accepted. Which means it doesn’t apply to any of us. We just have to deal with the repercussions of WMR not updating, which to be fair happens every year.

We’re all fine. Should get money tomorrow. Relax and have some ice tea.

Still nothing! This is so frustrating, especially when my coworker’s that filed on 1/30 have DDD for 2/5. I’m hearing so many different stories.

I sure hope so my hubby keeps saying the same, I made plans already with the money, now I feel dumb!!
@acaesha I sure as hell hope not, some one on another post said they called IRS and they said they were making 1/19 filers a priority….. Hoping its true.

So I just called the lady who filed my taxes. And her RUDE ass secretary answered the phone and told me that the irs has COMPLETELY shut EVERYTHING down, and they haven’t gotten any updates in 3 days and they aren’t doing refunds or anything right now… I am praying SOOOOOOOOOOOO VERY hard that the info she gave me was NOT true. Does anybody know anything???

Sounds like you were just unlucky and for some reason missed the cutoff for the first batch of people. I’m sure you’ll be tomorrow or sometime next week.
