      I filed on 1/15

      Called the IRS today and was told the reason why I am still seeing it is because I did not file a health insurance form for my dependant.

      They told me they sent a letter yesterday so have to wait for that before I can submit what they need.

      Just FYI for people still seeing 9001 it might not be ID verify you might have something else wrong with your return and it has been frozen.
