      Got my letter kinda need help on this?

          Call the phone number that’s on the letter 5071. When you pass, they’ll immediately release your return for processing. If you do it online, there may be more of a delay. Plus you have to jump through hoops to set up the account.

          Yes, the next letter will come with a code to allow you to complete your account. But I still recommend calling to verify.

              Well I can’t use my phone number for some reason, is there a work around? I did order a letter for my transcript to access them is that the same thing? More info a a direction would be helpful, they won’t release my refund or

                You’ll need a code from the letter, personal information, and information from your 2020 and 2019 returns/w2s.
