I am still waiting as well I called Netspend CS and the guy said that they still haven’t received them and I have no pending deposits. last 2 times was in the evening first 1 was deposited at 5:46pm 2nd was posted at 6:36pm im in NJ so hopefully later to day or tomorrow worst-case 3/17 with all other traditional banks.

I got my stimulus on my Netspend on Friday night at 11:38. Received message about an hour before saying they received my deposit and will let me know when it’s available. Hope this helps. Good luck

Users who owe creditors I was tracking that as well since I owe back taxes to IRS for final remaking balance. My 2020 taxes will clear it this year. Some left for a return. I read stim3 is not protected from creditors .. a bill was to be introduced to prevent. They mentioned to change bank accounts for 2020 taxes if same account used to pay creditors

I hope everyone with netspend deposit issues get resolved immediately .filed my 2020 taxes same day stimulus was signed but owed this year. IRS had 2018 and 2019 Amexserve account on file. Both stimulus issued to check to old addresses.. They used Amex on 2019 tax filing to deposit it last night.

I got sent the message saying it was on the way and then I got a follow up message. Went into my account and saw the funds there. Then later on last night I went back into the app and there is no record of the direct deposit at all and nothing pending. Trying to call NetSpend but they aren’t taking calls due to “high call volume” or I get nothing when I call it, just dead air or constant busy signal. Can’t get thru to speak to anyone.

I recieved the second text at 12:03 a.m. with my deposit available. First text saying it was being processed at 8:16p.m. I’m still pretty sure it’s just too many deposits at once and the system is overloaded. Its normally 10 mins for it process.

10:12 pm logged into my account it was THERE !!!
10:52 PM Got the text saying it was deposited into my account

@Middy I owe creditors too. I also got the pending deposit message @ 6:31pm and mine just posted. You do not need to worry. Once Netspend sent you the message that you have a deposit. It is safe from creditors you are just waiting on it to post. It will post soon. Relax

It normally only takes 10 mins for the deposit to process. I believe the system is overloaded with 1000s or more of deposits at once and cant keep up like normal. I’m sure it will all be available by morning.

Ok I have now been waiting for over 2 hours since I got the first text from netspend informing me that they have gotten my direct deposit, to hold tight while it is being processed but I still haven’t gotten the confirmation that the deposit has cleared. I live in AR and we got our pending deposit text at 6:49 PM. From what I’m understanding is once their system comes back up direct deposits should start hitting Netspend accounts. I have to get a car registered so I’m anxious. I’m going to stay up until it deposits. LOL

I got the text alert from Netspend regarding a direct deposit at 437 pm it is now 448 and no deposit. Normally when they send that text alert within the next minute my phone pings with my DD. I don’t know what the hold up is but I feel at ease knowing that I at least got the alert so soon and it should drop at any minute now. Heads up yall!
