Status says it will be mailed on the 26th. Have not received it yet, hoping it comes tomorrow or before the end of the week. It’s causing me to delay my move to Texas.

Yeah, guessing they wont make more than one deposit to the same account on same day so we get check instead. Oh well. Better than nothing.

The IRS limits the number of direct deposit refunds to the same bank account or on the same pre-paid debit card. Because your request exceeded our direct deposit limits, we’re sending you a paper check instead.

I guess this would apply to stimulus as well. IJS

I used the same account for my taxes and both of the first two stimulus payments. No problem with them at all. I just got my federal taxes this week DD into my account.

I used my same chime card for the first 2 stimulus and tax returns. IDK why it’s not direct deposit this time kinda crazy but I’m happy at the same time.

@Ray
Thanks for link. You think it might have something to do with using a new/different account than I used for the other 2? Did you use a new account? I’m glad I’m getting something, just a little bummed I gotta wait another week for a pain in the ass physical check that may never come lol. -
