      After stressing out since Saturday, when I got TT 203 I finally got a hold of Bureau of Fiscal Services this morning and found out it’s for $33.19 Offset for VA copay. Never knew I didn’t pay my copay at the VA. I knew I paid my prescription. Such a relief that it’s not my entire refund

          I had the same for DOE.. I owe $156 and I just called offset number and they only took $75 out of my refund for this year. Why not the full amount, there was plenty there..

                I have an offset for 27 dollars from last year that I had no idea about. US Dept of education never sent a letter. So ignorant

                  Good for you buddy. I couldn’t imagine the stress of an offset and tt 203 all for 33 dollars! They couldn’t send you a damn letter instead of applying an offset? I guarantee the cost of applying the offset and the delay on your refund is costing them more than 33 dollars. But that’s the IRS for you
