      Local credit union. Checked WMR and bank at 4:30 am not sent and not deposited. Then it was just there. Refund still not showing sent on IRS WMR

          My Green Dot account shows a Tax Refund Relod Credit of $9.90. Have no clue what this is says a Promo Item. Maybe for using them for Direct deposit? Still awaiting full amount.
