      It has been exactly 11 weeks since accepted. No letter no tax topic just saying still being processed a refund date will be provided when available. Can’t see transcripts due to no loans or anything. This is crazy!! When I call the automated number it sends me to how to pay. How to pay what?? I don’t owe them anything

            Have you tried ordering your transcript online? It takes 5-6 days to get to you but at least you’ll be able to see if any codes are on it or if they’ve started working on it. You don’t have to have any accounts to get it mailed to you.
