      Has anyone ever dealt with this? I faxed in my forms Monday. Was just wondering what the wait time was if you have been through it.

          Thanks Lena. The 8926 form was a nightmare, yes. I think we owe some, but we could have done it wrong. How long did it take for your refund to come?

            Carla I dealt with that last year. It was a nightmare because it was my first time. I ended up getting a tax advocate, which sped up the process. You have to do a reconciliation form and it is confusing. I did the best I could and the IRS fixed it. The reason for the form is to see if you have to pay back money for the insurance. I thought I had to pay back but ended up getting a bigger refund.
