1/28 Filers that was also accepted waiting on DDD?

I filed 1/28 Accepted 1/29 had one bar the Accepted bar until 2/2 then I received your refund is STILL processing a refund date will be given when available. So I order my account transcript because online would not accept my student loan or car loan account. Ok so I waited…I received my account transcript and a ID VERIFY letter in the mail the same day 2/19. Account transcript had all zeros with code 971 ID verify letter was 5071c. I called 2/20 early morning about 7:50 am central time (Texas) was on hold 27minutes. Spoke with an extremely nice late that verified who I was and told me that’s all I had to do that I didn’t need to call no more to talk with anyone
just to check WMR online or the hotline to wait 9weeks but I could check back in 2weeks.
