      I’m getting an IRS letter tomorrow, which informed delivery has a link for to an ‘EITC assistant’. I am not eligible for EITC, and didn’t claim it. Why am I getting this letter?

      Anyone else experience this>

      I got one from Austin, TX (actually two becuz i requested another after 10 days of waiting). It had the EITC advertisement in the letter reminding folks about it….. SPAM! The letter was to verify online!
