Checked the state comptroller and got this message,
Congratulations, we have received your income tax return information for tax year 2022! It was processed in our office on 2/22/2023.
If you signed up for direct deposit, you should expect your payment within the next business day. If you asked for a paper check, you should expect your payment in your mailbox approximately five business days after the processed date.
