@nesha I’ve been waiting since they posted that I was not getting a refund on the where’s my refund portal. It still says that since feb 10th. I sent my documents in via fax and email within a week and they didn’t “receive it” until March 24th somehow. It’s been 14 weeks since that date and 20 wks total, can’t get through on phone so I emailed, told me to keep waiting. Over it,
