so i sent a message through tax connect this morning and this is what I got
Thank you for your recent inquiry. We cannot resend the letter for security reasons. If you did not receive the letter sent to verify your identity, please see the following:

Send to: MA Dept. of Revenue, PO Box 7026, Boston MA 02204-7026 Attn: Audit Refund Review Unit

A copy of your Social Security card to verify the Identification Number assigned, or an original signed letter from the Social Security Administration indicating the identification number shown on your tax return is valid and assigned to you.
A copy of one of the following documents, which contains your photograph and full name:
Massachusetts driver’s license (current or expired if less than one year)
Current driver’s license from any other state
State identification card issued by the Commonwealth’s Registry of Motor Vehicles
Passport
Military or government issued photo identification
U.S. college or university photo identification
Employee photo ID card with recent payroll stub
A copy of one of the following documents, which contains your full name and complete address used on the tax return filed:
Real estate tax bill or utility bill (e.g., gas, electric, cable, telephone)
Bank statement
Payroll stub
Rental agreement (signed by landlord and renter)
College or university transcript
Insurance policy (e.g., vehicle, homeowners, renters, health, life)
Credit card statement
I am not doing this I wont see my refund till the summer. I am so mad
