for the past 3 years I have received my refund in my bank account exactly 10 days (counting weekends) from the date I was accepted by NYS. I have always received the DDD on a thursday or a Friday the week prior to the deposit.

01/31/16 Credit: Direct Deposit from NY STATE for NYSTTAXRFD

02/02/15 Credit: Direct Deposit from NY STATE for TAX REFUND
hope this helps……… please check your past timeline and see , remember this was deposited to the net spend card and not a bank so you may vary by a few days
