so is it true that theres is an UPDATE everyday but Sunday???
filed TT 1/25 accepted 1/28. 1 bar topic 152. no change. no transcripts. no offsets. eic and 1099 unemployment.
@trunks I was told the same thing from TT earlier, said software issue. Figures we’d be in that batch huh?
Got a hold of a person in the IRS and was explaining that my info is not being recognized correctly in the Online Transcript and I was told that software is still under development and will not work properly and that’s what she got from a highlightin her email ….
I will say that I is a bit of a relief to find out there are people in the same boat as me.
Maybe it was verbage who knows. I know I was on wmr on the 24 as well

my co worker just checked her WMR and she has a DDD of 2/6 she was accepted on the 29th e-filed on the 28th through FreeTaxUSA. while I used the same submitted on the 17th but accepted on the 28th and still no new news.. stuck on first bar, with 21 day process, and topic 152.. SOOOO FRUSTRATING..
Agreed! I was “acknowledged” 1/28 at 3:15PM EST, because after that I was showing up on WMR. And they say the only update once a day….. I then noticed that TT changed my accepted date to 1/23/14 on their site and on the app. Too much bs is going on.
I remember my hubby saying he got the email from TT later that evening saying ” Congrats, your return was accepted early by the IRS!” I said, I know…we have been showing up on WMR with 1 bar for a couple of hours by then.

I’m with you MSCALI82 and Steph, a lot people in the other treads stating they are calling IRS and the IRS telling them that even do there WMR is not showing them Accepted and a DDD and the hot line does not show them Accepted that they are in fact DONE/Processed/Approved and they even gave them 3-5 business day for them to see a DD in their back Hence the 2/6
Im in Ca. I dont think the state and federal thing go together. While I did file my federal first and was accepted on the 28th with still no new news except first bar and topic 152. No transcripts available. My state was received and approved by the 23rd with my refund in my acct on the 27th or 28th. But I hope the theory is right and we just arent showing any updated info but will hopefully have our refunds in our accounts by Friday 2/6! fingers crossed.

I filed on 1/24 accepted on 1/28 still only 1 bar on WMR and can’t get transcripts, also I got the letter of non filing an I’m at the Memphis hub also UGH! This is so frustrating!
I spoke to TT, actually a supervisor. He said that at least our return was accepted successfully, no reject codes. He stated that the “people” we are talking to when we call any IRS numbers ( for now due to high call volumes ) is someone that received the call at a call center hired by them, so we spoke to a third party. Most calls are being forwarded. Makes sense.
*So for the (2)comment above …I didn’t argue with an agent, just a woman with a bad attitude, I’m not worried about her at all :) Apparently, she did not know what she was talking about since if I am able ( like many others ) to see our return on WMR. I will not take anyone calling me a liar or calling others liars, I will stand up for myself and others. That is not respectful of a customer service rep. to talk to people in that manner.
Anyways, TT said that they have received numerous calls about the hold ups, he said Memphis and another location ( he didn’t say the name ) that all they (TT) know is that there is a software issue at these 2 locations and that the entire system has been malfunctioning and crashing. He said to keep a track of it daily and if we do not see any progress by 2/20 ( in my case) to call the IRS back because then they can no longer hold the 21 day disclaimer over our heads.
Sorry if this wasn’t much help….

I called a tax advocates ( Misty ) bluff a little bit ago. I posted about it in the main area here but the lady called me a liar. I tried starting the conversation very pleasantly, nicely told her Good Morning…I told her my reason for calling. I do need a transcript as I stated in the main forum for my FAFSA and my daughters FAFSA. I stated that I all was getting was the 2013 with the asterisk when I tried pulling my transcripts but I did had one bar on WMR with TT152 and that I have had that same status since 1/28/14. She gave the the whole script about waiting 21 days and its too soon to view any transcripts since they just opened on 1/31/14. I said okay, but I have seen people getting DDD and their refunds being approved PLUS they are able to view their transcripts.
I asked if Memphis agency was an issue, she did not respond. She stated and I quote, ” There is no way anyone has any direct deposit dates nor transcripts, they are lying if they say they do! It takes at least 3 weeks to process from when we opened and it takes up to 21 days to receive any refund”. I said, ” Well I am looking at my WMR screen now and clearly see that my return was received and that it is being processed, and that the amount of the refund and last 4 of SS# was showing on the left side, so it looks like to me, that you Ma’am, are the one lying or reading a script.” She said, ” No you’re the liar” Then she hung up lol.
I know I shouldn’t have called but I am needing this transcript but I called a number for Greensboro, NC IRS tax advocacy, not the main IRS line. I know people say that calling in slows them down, no I disagree….maybe if I.T. would get their booties over to Memphis & Philly, this “glitch” would get resolved. The computers and technical engineers are the ones working….those people are in a call center, they don’t touch the paper or computer files, unless they are in the proper part of the agency that does.
My point is, They know what is going on but refuse to let us in on it. I don’t see why they have to be so tight lipped about it, especially when it is our personal information they are toying with. It is very frustrating. I have found that if you are honest from the get go, you get a lot farther in this world. People may not want to hear or accept the truth, sometimes it may hurt their feelings but I’d rather be told the truth any day than to be made a fool of. Sorry, for the long post. I thought you guys would like to know.

my opinion if that happened then that would have more than doubled the number of people accpt on 28th with those numbers they would only beable to do so many at a time even computers have limits as to how fast they can go and any computer the more info you try to run thru it the slower it goes
i agree but alot of 28th people are being accepted why not ours?
Personally I think with the glitch we got kicked back and then re accepted at a later time
I just got off the phone with TT and they are showing I was accpt on the 28th even though when I check their site and track my refund it shows the 24th anyone else that filed with TT should call and see when they show they were accepted on their end.

I can’t even try to access my transcripts either. Either get we can verify your identity or something like that or. The information you entered does not match the info on the latest tax return. Blah. My information has been the same for 8 years !!!, does anyone know if there is suppose to be a big update tonight ??
I called and got some snippy lady and she wouldn’t even look at my account. She kept telling me to wait the 21 days. She said there is nothing else she could do. Very rude. My dad just found out last week he has cancer and might need surgery and if he does, I need to go back home. Trips are not cheap. Sorry for rambling.

i got ahold of the irs and asked them when they were showing my return as accepted and they told me the 28th not the 24th as TT had stated
I don’t know if this is a good sign or not but i have noticed while reading people’s posts in the other forum that those of us who are not seeing any transcripts, WMR changes etc. that got accepted early are saying that those who knew for a fact that they had offsets verified also by the offset number are no longer showing any when they call the number now. Do you think this could possibly mean that we really are going to receive our refunds with everyone else and we just arent showing up like Steph has been saying?? This would make since as to why their offsets are gone now because IRS already took them!!

Just a quick update, I just tried to check my transcripts and step 1 were it makes you type in name/last name and email I recived 2 errors 1st was “the system cannot process your request at this time please try later” then I press continue and I got 2nd “Registration: Error The system cannot your identity to access your requested application at this time.” at first I could not get past step3 and now I can’t pass step 1 WTF is going on?? is the system Finally trying to update o.0

I filed 1/18/2014, accepted 1/26 and got a DD of 2/6 on the 2cnd of Feb. Wisconsin still says processing, but has always been faster than the fed, so will be interesting to see who deposits first.
@godmachine81 do you happend to know whens the next update? there was none today obviously

I am really trying to stay positive and hope that our DD happens even though the IRS isn’t showing our refunds as approved. I had never had any issues receiving my refund until last year-but that was due to the education credit form not being ready until “mid-February”. I want to believe we are still going to get our money this week but after last year I just have a sick feeling that I’m going to be waiting a while. = (

I have had the disbursement details since the 25th or26th when I first saw they added my account…
memphis 24, sbbt fees…I click on disbursemnt details and it shows I will pay 50 cents state taxI live in ky too godmachine did ur state get approved or is it still pending mine is pending…
I am actually in KY myself justme123. It won’t do you any good to contact anyone at all about this because they are just going to tell you to wait until your return has been accepted for at least 21 days before they will do ANYTHING. All we can really do is set and play the waiting game. I do hope one of my contacts emails a reply to me with some info regarding the Memphis and Philly hubs. Legally they aren’t suppose to, but I went to college with two of the IT guys that actually work in the memphis processing center. If anyone knows about the network situation there it should be them. I don’t know if they will actually give me detailed information or not though.

Hi I’m Kaci…I filed 1/4 accepted 1/24 1 bar no transcripts (locked out info “doesnt” match) VA accepted last night…WMR not working…Now someone pass the bottle…
Well i filed on the 10th accepted on 24th ( although tt says accepted 1/17) in ky cant order transcripts but when i got the letter of non fing i did not look for a hub and now it wont let me in :( so i have no idea of the hub my state still says pending. Wmr has one bar and tax topic. I wonder who we could contact for that hib to see what happened. When it will change or what, any suggestions? Any ky people here?

Someone please give me some references to where the CADE 1 system is even being used in 2014 for the 2013 tax year? As far as I know CADE 1 is not being used at all this year at any of the processing centers, this is based on my own research and information directly from workers involved with the IRS’s inside IT infrastructure.

Im starting to get pissed b/c u would think they would let someone know with an update about it not sitting here letting everyone get worried. im sure if it was money that was owed to them they wouild be upset to. Im just hopeing it updates tonight i tried to get my transcripts today and it still shows and astix by it and sbbt has always showed disbursement details for me
Not sure if this means anything or not, but SBBT has now added the “Disbursment Details” at the bottom of my page, however it still shows they haven’t received my refund. Seems like last year it done this same thing and they really had info on the refund just hadn’t updated the page showing your deposit. I’d like to see if the Disbursment Details is available for those who know for sure their tax refund hasn’t been processed yet. I’d also like to see if everyone in the Memphis 24 that is using SBBT for TurboTax fees has the option for Disbursment Details also. Thanks guys.
I’m not even sure exact my Tt says 24th I filed 1/3 got rejected 1/24 refilled 2 min later exact didn’t hear nothing till 1/28 got an email said I was accepted 1/24 and like I said Tt app says 1/24 I’m so worried bout this mess knowing that tax debt is there still makes it worse than it was I was so hoping I was ghosting
I sincerely hope that the op theory is correct. I guess we will find out soon! I feel bad that this many people share my crappy luck wig these kinds of scenarios
It was just an email alert I owe the irs for 2011 I just called and the amount is still owed its a tax debt not a offset so I’m guessing I deff just ain’t ghosting in the system unless if you know the debt is taken right before the dd idk just wish I did :(f
@all I just got an alert from sbtpg saying IRS is experiencing heavy traffic on wmr resulting in info being very limited idk what that means 4 us if anything
@steph what’s your thoughts on a update tonite I see bot theory being so sure of no update till Monday he seems to know a lot on cade1 and cade2 that’s where I’m at right now thinking cade1 is ran out of Memphis and Philly ….
