Do you have any other information on why SBTPG is being slow with the DD? I’ve tried Googling but haven’t found anything definitive, but I know I’m not alone in stressing out. I’m out of work at the moment and was hoping to use my tax refund to be able to go to the doctor for a nasty, painful cough I’ve had, but it looks like I’m just stuck suffering and stressing! Just wish I knew why!

That is most likely because you are weekly updates and they hadn’t sent your refund before the last update happened on wmr.

Don’t stress blank transcripts. For the past three years my transcripts did not update till the day I got my return. Literally checked my transcripts they populated and later that day I was paid. Rare yes, but it happens to alot of people.

@naughtyrockets I had to verify for my grandfather last year and it only took him a week to update with the weeklies, so just check ur transcript Friday early morning. Good luck

You probably have to verify your return. A TON of people are getting letters this year. It takes 2-3 weeks to get the letter unfortunately. Then after you verify it’s up to another 9 weeks to get the refund.

I verified on 2/13. My transcripts are blank and say As Of February 24. My date moved from 2/10 to 2/24 after I verified. Since then, nothing. I’ve called and allegedly there is no other hold or issue. They just haven’t processed it yet. The message after you verify says it could be 9 weeks. That would put it around April 1 I guess for me. I do not like that they’re quick to take my money but super slow to give it back when I’ve overpaid.

I received the same message, which is extremely annoying. Two years ago, I had this happen, and I had to have it re-issued to a new address. If you don’t receive it within a week, it’s a disaster; they will need to wait 30 days, investigate, stop the check, and issue a new check. Then, you should receive it within 5 days. If none of us have received ours by next Saturday there’s a probelm

I filed on Feb 3, 2025 accepted the same day. My transcripts were blank up until this morning 2/26/25. I had the verification of non filing message as well as refund not filed on transcript. As of today I have the 846 code and a ddd of 3/3/25. WMR has not updated.

So weird!! Woke up to a DD from TCS Treas 449…called the IRS and they didn’t have an answer. The amount showing to be sent in their system today doesn’t match!! I don’t have any offsets or payments to any other States..They informed me my deposit shouldn’t be in my account yet as it was just sent..I have a traditional bank US Bank and they don’t make funds available off pre notes, so I’m hesitant on spending this ..has anyone else had this experience ?

I used TT with an advance and fees taken out. No PATH, and my refund went through all the hoops and deposited a little after 2am on the morning of the DD.

My wife used TT with an advance and fees taken out. With PATH. She had a DDD of 2/26. Trace number showing on TPG as of last night (2/25) but as of 9am central still no deposit. Very strange. Wondering if credit karma is just trying to acquire some extra interest from all our money or what.

21 days were up last week, called IRS talked to a nice lady, she tells me that a pin was placed on my acct due to identity theft before. I took off the pin the other day so now she saying up to 9 weeks but check Transcripts after 2 weeks. I just wish that something was explained to me before all of this. @Michelle the same thing happened to me until I realized that I was inputting both my federal and state amount together instead of just my federal refund amount. Hope this helps
