I filed 1/23 and was accepted 1/24. It gave the PATH message till 2/5 and then it said “Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available.” I was able to order TT online today but for some reason wont let me make an account so i can actually view them online. I tried to use my phone number but it kept saying it didn’t confirm it was mine, but it’s in my name. So i ordered them but the 2018 ones were def there. I do have EIC, anyone else dealing with this reach out. Ive never had this messave before.

2/16 in the evening everything disappeared and I got the “your return is STILL being processed”
Transcripts for 2018 all say “no return filed” or “N/A”
This is ridiculous.

@Mcrt88 For some reason, I cannot access mine either. It is telling me the information is incorrect. I had my car loan statement in front of me with account number. I tried three times and it locked me out. I had no problem logging in last week but this week I had to re verify my account and now it doesn’t work. I have no idea how to fix it either.
I filed 1/24, accepted 1/25. Lost one bar 1/12/19, still had to TT152. This morning I updated to PATH. I am assuming I will see an update Friday or Saturday. I am a daily so it could be any day now that WMR updates. I updated two days in a row…..

Yes I ordered them but it won’t verify my auto loan for some reason 🤷♂️ so I had to order them by mail..

Mcrt88, mine is no bars, topic 152, no refund amount since last Thursday. I hope it is a good thing that I have the 152 too!! Can you order your transcripts yet?

So, mine was filed and accepted 1/17 and was on one bar..
On 2/9 my bars disappeared completely, all I had was the “Your return is still being processed, a refund date will be provided when available”.. I still had my refund amount on the side, however I had no Tax Topic, No codes, Nothing..
(I am a weekly update and have been every year, hence the Saturday update)
Today I logged in, I am still on “still processing” message, HOWEVER my refund amount disappeared and I now have Tax Topic 152 back! Hoping that’s a good thing, as having the TT152 has always been a good thing in the past! Hoping for an update this Saturday!

Yeah, I got mine earlier today. Your refund is still being processed, message 152. Bars went away yesterday. Today, still no bars, but all transcripts are available and I have my 846 Code and DD date of 2/19.

Has anyone been able to get their transcripts that has the still processing message? I still cannot get mine as of 2/13…

I have been showing no bar with TT 152 for 2 weeks. I called the IRS this morning and she actually pulled up my account. She said she is not showing any errors or anything its actually still processing. I had a name change last year and took the Child tax credit. Accepted 01/24

It seems to be a bit random. I filed 1/28 accepted 1/29. There are people who filed later than me who are getting quicker updates this week, or went to PATH status where I haven’t (even though I have EITC ACTC). Seeing examples like me as well as the others. Might just be the difference between who is daily and who is weekly.

I’m getting the same thing.
My cell “can’t be confirmed” either but they did confirm my identity via account numbers. They’re sending a “key” to use the online transcript via snail mail.
At this point it will probably be updated before I can access the transcripts.
I efiled and was accepted 1/31. Not certain – but it looks as though the early PATH filers are processing though.

Same boat.. I checked mine this morning, had one bar yesterday and it switched to this today. Hoping it’s just a generic message, like the return was processed and now just waiting for the 15th.
