You guys are getting dueped

The IRS agents aren’t God! They are just telling you lies. I can’t tell you how many times I call for a client one day, an agent tells me they are all filed and no balances. The next day another agent says the tax payer needs 2013-2016 filed and a balance of 4K for 2012. I can’t remember who said it but he was correct in saying some agents are new and BS their way to get off the phone. It’s very apparent in the work I do. Those of you saying no returns are processed yet and that the 15th is day wrong you’d have to be extremely guillible. Transcripts would all be blank if that were true. Just stop and relax. I’m stressed and needing the money but I’m not calling the IRS minute by minute. It will get you no where. Especially the tax payer line. I call a different line call Practioner Priority Line for people who work in taxes. Those agents are slightly better but still get ding bats.

First of all Sarah it’s duped. And you are right, calling is driving these temporary hirees nuts and they are laughing hysterically im sure too. But in my research at http://www.savingtoinvest.com they show more insight. Just keep hitting and reading. So far what I’ve learned whether true or not and this is an update from this morning 2/16 that all pathers who changed to processing at midnite last nite will be getting a DDD of 2/18 tonight, tomorrow nights update and friday nites update. They have started releasing the funds as of 5:00 p.m. last nite. Good luck God Bless and heres to a greater weekend than the past 4.

They are fed and regurgitate a script to you… I’ve been sitting back watching this forum for days, then I registered, didn’t comment much… but now, it’s getting ridiculous. You guys need to frikkin relax and logically look at the information at hand and stop relying on the person who commented before you to tell you what to think… Fact is, no one here knows crap.

You are correct they work in a call center like building. They also never know correct information. The agent I spoke to yesterday was like “we do changes so often I don’t know what’s going on”

Not to mention we learned that they’re just a call center, like customer service reps. They’re not actually doing the work, so they don’t actually *know* anything.
