It means the Computer, the Automated system stopped processing, glitchd, malfunctioned or etc. And Now a human has to do it by hand. Resequence, shuffle, reprocess, verify or even research a checklist ..they are doing a job that the system suppose to be doing. When a system to loaded with millions of taxpayers asking for Money . an to be honest some of these returns equaling 9000 and above, I’ll move slow on you too.. They have to get that money in revenue every day , every week, from the rich ole people that owe or people that owe them, Federal reserve has limits everyday every week, everything is system and balance people. Be patient, say a prayer, respond fast as possible to the stall tactics and always remember its a lot of us in line, we getting our money ..and FYI anytime a human touched the system u are pulled out of process so yes add some time, new tax laws ..well we used old software that put a jam on processing. Thanks online tax software and tax preparers💩

Lol, I know we need our money to handle a lot of things or expenditures and have fun, i too, but they can’t review everyone, thats generic for right now until they get back on track, letters do go out but dont make up a letter mailed to you. Nobody wants they letters Lols
