      Before this message I had your return is being processed. Filed 1/31 and accepted 1/31.

          Oh wow, I’m sorry Gennefur. That sucks. I hope it is resolved ASAP and that you will ultimately get your whole refund.

            I called. They are open today. The agent took about 15 mins looking over my info and told me as long as I don’t get another letter other then the ID verify one I got my account is being reviewed. It went into this on 1/25 and within 60days I should get something. Give them a call if you haven’t already.
