WMR Still saying entering wrong info

      Yesterday wmr was working fine, i had one bar. Then last night it started saying it was unavailable. Now its saying im entering my info wrong and has been since about 3am. Anyone else?

          @shaunna Try calling – I did and it gave me my info. I’ve heard that there is a maximum amount of times you can try before your “locked” out of WMR

            This is happening to me as well… accepted on 1/31 on 1/9 I received the child tax credit message on 1/15 stated it was processing and now it is saying i ma entering the wrong information… I have triple checked and I am using the correct information.

              Same here. Getting the same error entering wrong info, but when I called the refund line it is working correctly. Must be a computer glitch on their end.

                It is very annoying Dani. Im hoping mine will come back up with a DD. I filed/accepted on 2/2

                    If you check it too many times it’ll lock you out. Check again in the morning after it updates tonight.
