WMR no information

      Logged in this morning to check my status and it show information invalid no information can be provided. Anybody else have this issue?

          I filed on 2/27 and WMR just says wrong information. I called, they say they dont have it and my accountant says they do.. I have not had any luck with anyone giving any more information other than to just wait.

            Yea idk it’s weird and of course they sent my stimulus to my old account. I’m wondering how long it will take to receive in the mail. This whole experience is quite ridiculous. How do they have my new address but old bank account?

                I just checked few mins ago , and when I enter my info a different message came on asking to put in when did I file and how , super weird
                I try doing it again and the same old message came back again ,still being processe ……..
                Did this happen to anyone else ?

                  I checked wmr Saturday & it had finally updated approved with a ddd of 3/17. Was hoping it would have deposited overnight last night, it did not so I checked wmr again today & Its telling my information is incorrect. I don’t know if they would pull it to change the amount after already approving it. Might just be wmr

                    Actually I did see one person who had this issue with WMR.. they believed it may have been due to a refund amount adjustment, since they don’t know the new amount, they can’t input it into WMR to get logged in.

                      I’ve heard many having this issue with the Get My Payment tool… have not heard of this happening with WMR though. GMP is super picky about how you enter the address, has to be exactly as the IRS has it on file (ie: Street instead of St or NE instead of northeast, etc)
