WMR no bars…”we cannot provide any information about your return”

Filed 2/18 with FreeTaxUSA
received email about 1 hour later saying return was accepted
been checking WMR to see if 1 bar was showing yet, but I’m getting this instead:

“Refund Status Results

We cannot provide any information about your refund.
If you electronically filed a complete and accurate tax return you should receive your refund in about 21 days from the received date. If you mailed your return please allow 6 weeks.”

Nervous because I’ve never had this any prior year

You possibly need to id verify (wait for notice), or checked the IRS wmr tool too many times. I think your only allowed to check 3 times max, in a 24 hour period.
