WMR Message – Tax return still being processed message

I’ve seen some chatter on here about a message on WMR about a delay message but mine today changed no bars and it says “your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available. For more information on processing delays please see our Refund FAQ” I don’t know if that’s good or bad.

Also I can’t get transcripts to load. When I click on the 2021 account transcript it just shows a blank page. Anyone else having issues with it loading?

I filled jan 26 2022 ..had one bar then few days later no bars and said still being processed ….it was an error my tax preparer made on my stimulas payments …the irs re calculated my refund and it was approved today…..

Finally was able to get someone to answer at the IRS, they need to verify my ID, letter was sent on 2/8/22 , so I have to wait 14 days from the day sent if I do not get the letter I have to call back .

IT DOESN’T HAVE THE “WORD” Still, just say it’s being processed it’s a difference!

If you have the still processing it means ID verify.. never ever seen it mean anything else or meant u were getting money quickly.. the sooner you verify your ID the sooner you will get your money.. you should be getting a letter with a phone number and a code to report to the number listed.. theres a huge difference between is being processed and still processing.. CALL THEM ASAP and get ur money!

In my experience the “still” was always a delay. Got it the last 2 years. First year I got my refund in October, last year I got it the end of July. Hope things go smoother for you

Mine updated this morning to still being processed. Bar is gone as well. What’s going on. I filed 1/31 and was accepted.

My one bar went away today and it says still processing.

Today is prob the worst day to try to call. I would wait until tomorrow.

Hopefully this a good thing cause path lifted. The delay processing is errors department.

I haven’t had the wmr bar for several days, and this morning it no longer has PATH message, shows the “your refund is still being processed”

Yeah. They’re a mess right now. This year is the worst I’ve seen these kinda issues
