WMR lock out BUTTTTT…. A change

So I have been looking at WMR more than several times today LOL.
This morning at 9AM it said the system was down, so I just tried again and it said I have exceeded my daily limit, so here is my oddity.

I have had PATH mess since 2/11/2017 with TT152 and no refund amount on the left.
ordered both trans via mail 2/10/2017
Every time it has locked me out in the past week it just gave me the message about excedding the limit but I still never had my refund amount on the side.
Today my refund amount was back on the left! Is this good news? Who the heck knows.

Yes the IRS will be open tomorrow from 7 am to 7 pm to answer calls. With that happening those who don’t have a ddd yet may get an update overnight on tomorrow evening.

Well hello everyone. I received a DD and i have a card that deposit two sooner but curious to know if anyone knows about that with tomorrow being a holiday? An also if it’s true that the IRS will be available to answer questions tomorrow even though it’s a holiday. No offense to those who care but screw President day!

I had the PATH message yesterday and today same as you all. Saying it is being processed and now shows the amount I am getting. Well expected amount. UGH this is so frustrating!

Mine did the same thing! I only checked twice today, and the third time I checked it said I was locked out due to too many attempts. The refund amount was showing on the side. So I called the I IRS number, and I got the same path message.

My expected amount was there after being locked out. Guess thats just how it is?

I am also locked out but I went and checked anyways and I am seeing my total as well. Let’s hope that’s a good sign. I have had the “check after the 15th” message since Feb 4.

Wmr was down for me untill 8:30 am CST this am. Just read this post and I tried logging in to wmr. Same thing refund amount on lower left sidw. Filed on 1/30 and accepted the same day using tax act. Was able to order transcripts on 2/6. Still haven’t received them yet though. Normally on a weekly cycle. Crossing fingers.

Same thing here. How many times before you usually get locked out? I’m pretty sure that I’ve only checked it 3 times so far today.

On another note, I found it kinda funny that when I loaded up the app on my phone this morning there seemed to have been an update to the app itself. Advertising it’s new features (even though those features have been there since I installed it). I’ve been using it for about two weeks now so it had to have updated overnight. lol. I thought to myself, hmm, IRS can’t update the info on WMR, issue refunds, but they can update the app so we all sure know how to pay our taxes!

Mine has never been there when I was locked out. So I am taking this as a good sign.

Just read your post and tried myself and same here my refund total was on the left.

I never looked at my total when doing the check on WMR; was it not there before?
