WMR Info doesn’t match. Help

[Waiting so long]

I’ve been under review for about a month now. All along I’ve had the standard still processing message on WMR. Tonight it changed to info doesn’t match. I know I’m putting the same information in. Does anyone know why this is happening or had this happen to them?

“We are sorry Where’s My Refund is currently unavailable. Please try Where’s My Refund again later.”

Maybe the “info doesn’t match” because the database is offline. My speculation, further, is that they have it in maintenance mode while they activate the Get My Payment tool.
