i like turbo tax i always used the free edition with no fees if i have to use deluxe and pay fees upfront instead of taking out of your federal.

No way!!!! First time using TT and never experienced anything like this. Hr block is fast easy and cheaper and no hidden fees. I’m pissed TT took 120 out last minute surprise! Horrible company stealing innocent ppl money. I want my refund now and 40 refund

I might use TurboTax to file, but I will certainly be paying fees up front and WILL NOT use their stupid debit card. I’m not even mad about my Federal refund, I got it this afternoon, I’m mad about the 40.00 fee to deduct their 30.00 filing fee, and I’m mad about my State refund that was sent out a week ago that hasn’t shown up yet.

I will not use turbotax either, found out IRS.gov offers 100% free filing so maybe they might be better to try out for next year. They would have no excuse to pull a return for accuracy
