      If my transcript says 846 refund issued 2-16 my bank never got it Santa Barbara never got it who do I contact to see what’s going on with my taxes

            My wife does but it’s for student loans. I thought they was not collecting student loans this year.

              @ Mile, is it possible you could have an offset? Contact the Treasury Offset Hotline. You can google their phone number. Hope this helps
