      My transcripts updated last night with a 826 offset and a 971 code (but I don’t see any letters). When I called the offset number I got nothing on my SSN & when I did “wheres my refund” it said:
      You don’t have permission to access “http://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/IRServlet?” on this server.
