      Anyone else showing the WMR unavailable? I saw it last night and used up all of my ‘tokens’ and when I tried again tonight, after my ‘tokens’ refilled, it still shows it.

            I filed on 1/28 and am still sitting on one bar. Still a week and a half away from the 21 days but definitely longest Ive ever waited. Concerned somethings wrong since its longer than usual. Could I be affected by this outage, and possibly thats whats causing the delay?

              The outage is relative to a batch load that did not occur. Much like our system failure from earlier this tax cycle. the 21 day window should still be fine for most people but do not expect early service this year. some may take 4-5 business days past the 21 days depending on whether they paid their fees upfront.
