      I may have the same situation as others… Filed early February for 2019 and I’ve been listed as “Still Processing” when checking the status. Now with the Stimulus it states that they have no information on me. What is to be done about this? What or who is the contact point for this? I can’t file again as I already have and I’m basically stuck. Wtf? You’ve got plenty of people out there who have gotten their tax money back and/or the Stimulus payment. Any help would be much appreciated. This is total BS. My taxes are quite simple. Thanks.

          Tell me about it @ Anthony. I will look and see if they have a solution floating around on the net n get back with you.

            Willcabone, thanks for the response. The problem seems to be not being able to speak with anyone at the IRS. I’ve never received any letters regarding issues with my 2019 return and it’s been about two months now. Also, nothing I’ve tried on the Get My Payment portal works. I had a different address for 2018 but it doesn’t pull up anything either. Thanks for the info.

              @Anthony
              In my opinion I believe if you find out what is holding up 2019 from being process the stimulus situation would fix itself. On the other hand if you go through the motions on the IRS Get My Payment portal to see if u could use your 2018 information to get the payment quicker. I would start there. I’m on hold as well w/ CP63 letter but, I was able to update my info on the portal using 2019 tax info.
