      Hi,
      i was wondering where can i unload my netspend card? Can someone tell me where I can unload and what was the fees!

            @jo Jo You can go to Chase Bank and take the whole refund off.

              You can get $1500 per transaction up to $5000 a day from any Walmart. They charge $3 per transaction
