When will addition unemployment refund be sent?

I filed and received my refund prior to the new tax break. I am curious if anybody knows when they will process the additional refund based on this. My transcripts show no sign of adjustment as of today so I am assuming they have not begun processing the change yet?

  Cnbc did an article saying that the irs will begin issuing the tax break refund in May for individuals and will expand to married joint filers sometime later june/July if I had to take a educated guess.

  No definite word or time frame on this yet. I’m hoping they do it sooner than later, but with the irs this year I don’t have much faith. They’ll probably end up waiting until after the tax deadline which is May 17th.
  
  It’s frustrating. I’m still waiting on my stimulus that was supposedly mailed out on 3/26 in florida
