whats the excuse this time IRS? Curious

you all do realize this year has been no different than last year right?The excuse was the shutdown. WHATS THE EXCUSE NOW? lol..I virtually gained MAYBE 1 day if that, by filing early. WORTHLESS trying to file early.Most of us here have a DDD OF 2/26…that’s fine, but that’s nearly identical to last year lol… I mean wtf? I am glad to get it, but I have a graduation to drive to cross country and need the funds Monday morning..if not..I dunno wtf I will do. The entire point for me filing early was to achieve my goal.

never EVER counted on the money lol…it just worked out that way. Call it bad happenstance…shit happens as they say, so here we are lol. This aint my first rodeo. I guess the moral of the story is we need to sign a petition or something to get the path act overhauled. I like it, but we need to streamline it so it doesn’t punish honest people.

I am disabled and in a neck brace, perm. disabled and so on a fixed income..the wife can barely make ends meat and we got 1 kid in college,another in the ARMY that graduates this week…and so things aren’t as simple as you paint them.
