What’s going on with Credit Karma?

me and the SO submitted our tax return on 2/11. We have a new child in 2020 and the 8915-E form, but its 2/18 and nothing has updated on their website or the WMR doesn’t have our information. Not even our California return has been accepted yet. I’m starting to get really worried.

Okay yall, as soon as I said something, my SO got an email saying that federal was accepted so now we’re waiting on California to be accepted as well. Got accepted 2/18 @10:45 am

I submitted it 2/11 as well and just got accepted! Maybe it’s been tough with everything lately and probably more using it since many don’t want to go out :o

I filed early using CK with a 8915 and it also just sat at pending. Re-filed on the 16th with freetaxusa on the 16th and accepted within 10 minutes. If you are still sitting at pending just file somewhere else. Now I’m just wondering what my ddd will be.

I had the same problem. I even emailed with the help desk for days and they were not helpful just said they are waiting for the IRS. I refiled with another company and was accepted within minutes. Those of us who filed before 2/12 didn’t get the correct form for the 8915E and for some reason credit karma is not updating ours to be sent.
