Whats everyones “As of Date”?

Just curious, I read that it is the date that your return “SHOULD” be done by, but was wondering what everyone elses As of Date is and if anyone has received a DDD before/after that date?

As of date 3-2-20…got my cp05 today tho so it’s either gonna be 45 or 60 more days…blah

As of date has been 03/09 since 02/15… no update at allllllllll. So I doubt the as of date matters because they’re just going to keep pushing it back.

But that info is from a transcript I ordered on 2/22. I ordered another one, hasn’t come yet in the mail

My “as of” date was 3-2-20. I filed 1/24 accepted 1/27..PATH 2/15…first transcripts on 2/28 showed a code of 570 on 3/2 and a 971 notice issued for 3/9. Called and spoke to an agent who told me I was going to be under a 45 day review starting the day I received my letter. Starting to believe the review is a stall tactic.
