Deposit came first. 2/22, one day earlier than WMR predicted.
Sbbt funds updated this morning at 6:15am, deposit sent to NetSpend and posted at 6:00pm. I actually received my refund faster this year than last year. So the PATH, wasn’t as bad. Even had an offset that was not taken, so all in all it was a quick and painless tax season.
Praying for a quick and as painless as possible labor anyday now for myself and you as well @momjess.

You totally deserve a pedicure!!
I hear you about the bills!
I need to buy a new car. The engine on mine went. That was about a month ago. I do however have a second car.

@amra I’m seeing a lot of 22’ers with cash in hand but my bank won’t do it. I even called them today and they said yea they do have it but it won’t be released to my account until Wednesday. What a tease lol. 90% of it is paying off and catching up bills so there’s not really any “fun money” to play with but still. I told hubby if I’m still pregnant Wednesday I’m at least going to get a pedicure since it hurts to try and reach my toes haha. And that’s kinda my end of pregnancy ritual, it’s the only time I treat myself to something like that.

Ddd came before baby lol.
Ddd is 2/22 and my bank (suntrust) doesn’t deposit it early so baby can still come before $$, which would be fine since my van is down and I don’t have money to go anywhere anyway lol.

@nessa79 You had a baby after having your tubes tied?
Surpise!! LOl
I did once after having my tubes tied think I was pregnant. All of the symptoms.. But the test said no. I have read that it can happen.@mamajess I have never done a home birth But I admire those who do.
I would imagine that at baby 12 he will come quick.
Isn’t that how it works usually? Each one comes faster?Mine did.

I am hoping your refund comes tomorrow! Congrats on baby #12 (at first I thought is was a typo, lol. Than I read 8) I have 5, # 5 was a complete surprise since I had my tubes tied after #4. I thought I would go insane but the contrary. He (#5) really balanced us out. I love my family of 7 <3

The kids here sleep great, well the grand daughter doesn’t bit that’s my daughters problem not mine haha. I don’t sleep though just due to all those end of pregnancy “joys”.
I have a feeling it’ll be next week. My husband is switching jobs and will work 45 minutes away so it’ll be just my luck I go into labor his first week on the job and him not make it home in time. I tend to labor pretty fast. Having a home birth though so at least I won’t need to worry about making it to the hospital!

Awww… I was hoping for you Jess! The day is not over yet! But I suspect that you are well aware of the signs LOLOL
WOW! you have a one year old and a newborn on the way and you said above a 3month old grandchild there.
I do not know how you ever sleep LOLMy youngest is 20. (still lives here with us) (He moved back in after the traumatic loss of a close friend)
Probably to much info but this thread has turned into a nice mom chat :) -

MomJess, I imagine that once the children are home from school your day is very busy with homework and after school snacks and dinner etc etc etc.
Hopefully that will help the waiting time for Baby Boy and DDD Fly by faster :) -
February 14, 2017 at 1:58 pm #4170054TaxSeason2017
My great grandmother had 21 children naturally pushed out of her body. I am the oldest of 7, my mother has 22 grandchildren, I am on my 5th child, two college degrees and have always worked to support my babies. I wish like hell I had 12, such a blessing. I think people forget that our nature is to reproduce and be fruitful. Congratulations @momjess, do that girl!!!! 😘

No baby and no ddd, just another day of waddling around trying to keep my mind off of both lol.
Plus side, my kids will bring home chocolate from their school Valentine parties haha.

I had 2 girls then 2 boys and was told I couldn’t get pregnant anymore and I thought well ok I have 2 of each so that’s perfect. then 4 years later I was pregnant with twin boys and two years after that another boy lol I figured that another girl was not in the cards for me so stopped at 7 :D :D :D Now adopting 2 boys and a girl!!!
Congratulations to Mommy and Daddy!!!!!

Eh I don’t let it get to me. I’ve heard every line there is lol. And bosslady, ‘dat’ may be ‘to many kids’ but to me the more the merrier. That’s not too many for me to love, house, feed and clothe so it’s all good :)
-
February 13, 2017 at 3:30 pm #4169026
Boss Lady with all due respect… That is not for you to decide unless you are the one supporting them.

Momjess Congrats on the baby boy!!
I have 3 boys and one girl. Ignore IRS insider he has been trolling this afternoon and been rude on a couple of threads.
Even with only 4 I heard such rude comments. Like it is anybody’s business how many children another has.
I think a big family is something to chearish. More people to love!

Im in the same boat as you… Im 35 weeks and already dialating, baby #3 doesnt want to wait lol… Good luck and hopefully we will have our littles in our arms soon – and by littles i mean our babies AND our refunds LOL
-
February 13, 2017 at 2:03 pm #4168930LJ
@IRSINSIDER are you jealous? She gets tons and tons of love every day. Trust me whatever her family gets in refund(and it is NONE of our business) is just a fraction of what it cost to raise her wonderfully large family.
Stop being rude.
Poopy Head. Yes poopy head, if your going to be childish so shall I.
You go momjess keep up the good work, looks like you get laid more than the IRS insider does. Good for you.
Still banking on the baby before the refund.
Either way you are on the right PATH! LOL

Don’t I wish @taxinsider.

February 13, 2017 at 1:52 pm #4168908IRS INSIDER
you get $500,000 back with all those kids?
-
February 13, 2017 at 1:26 pm #4168879
@IRS insider – pretty rude there. Too bad money can’t buy you a little respectfullness. You have to get a little more original than that to offend me too, think I haven’t heard them all?
-

-
February 13, 2017 at 12:00 pm #4168709
@LJ wish they really were cheaper by the dozen lol. Although with so many they don’t even take any federal taxes out of my husband’s pay anymore! Plus we still get a refund so that’s nice. Too bad eitc and actc have a cap though.
I’ll be sure to update when both the refund and baby deliveries happen :)
-
February 13, 2017 at 11:59 am #4168707

I love the movie Cheaper By The Dozen. The original. The book was even better.
As a young woman I always wanted 12 children, however my youngest of my 3 just turned 18 and life is SOOSOO great right now.
Bring on the grand-babies!You are a wonderful inspiration.
BTW… I am watching this thread more than the Refund threads now. LOL
