What tax year will dd be used?

My 2020 tax return is still in the the 2nd wmr bar stage.

I didn’t file 2019 taxes.

I did file for 2018 and even though I gave a bank account for irs to deposit first stimulus. I still got it by mail.

In my 2020 tax return I used a new bank.

I still haven’t gotten my 2nd and third stimulus.

I did claim the second stimulus on my 2020 taxes. I’m still waiting for my refund and stimulus. I just don’t know if I’m getting a check. Or dd

If your 2020 return is processed then they should use that return’s bank info. If for some reason they don’t though, and you don’t receive the stimulus, you’ll have to claim it on next year’s taxes. The third stimulus will not use your 2018 bank info.
For the second stimulus, if you didn’t receive it – you should’ve claimed it on your 2020 taxes.
