“being processed” without the word “still” is generally assumed to be a good sign. I’ve always thought it means that progress is happening but wasn’t quite yet finished at the time WMR ran its updates.

“still being processed” (“still” being the operative word) is sometimes not so good, usually means a delay. Sometimes the delay is quick/temporary, or sometimes you’ll get a letter in the mail with an explanation. It might update to a code, or you might see some codes on a transcript. there are threads on this forum with people sharing their experiences with the dreaded word “still.”

As for the cycle code, I’m of the opinion that it doesn’t mean much. There are a lot of good theories around this board but my personal cycle codes have been all over the map with no obvious pattern.
