So, I’ve been under the 60 day review since February. I got a letter dated 2/11. Transcript shows 570 but no reason or another updated since I originally checked them at the beginning of March. Does any actually know, if no further contact, aside from the original later, what happens at the end of the 60 days? Does the IRS just process the return at that point? I’ve called the IRS and I’ve been told is that I need to wait. But why? Why is it so hard for them to give you just the slightest of a reason?

Never had any bars on WMR. PATH notice went away at the end of February. Displayed “We have received your tax return and it is being processed. ” since acceptance.

I’m at wits end here. I’ve been more than patient but I’ve just had my hours cut in half and the next few weeks look extremely grim. At this point I may as well quit my job and collect unemployment, but I’m doing everything I can to keep myself from doing so. I’m hoping that this stimulus check comes in clutch and bails me out sooner than later. Bills are starting to stack. I need my refund ASAP but so does everyone else here.

My husband has the exact same issue as you and nothing yet.
