Got the following message. Filed 1/31/2018 accepted 2/1/2018

No amount is shown. I have no offsets. Checked the USPS informed delivery just now and no letters from the IRS.

There could have been a slight error on your return that the IRS can fix, you forgot to add your 1095-A info if you had marketplace insurance, you need to ID verify, etc. If you don’t receive a letter in the next few days, it’s probably the first issue. Otherwise, get on the phone 21 days from the 29th, which I believe is Tuesday (or when your filed, whichever is later) and they will update you on what is going on.

Same here filed and accepted 2/1 lost my bars and have the same message since 2/9. No credits that would hold it up. I don’t owe anybody anything and no changes from last year. I Called and was told there was no problem. Don’t entirely believe that but trying to wait it out until official 21 days are up.

As far as I know, I don’t owe anything. The offset line says I have nothing. Just odd that I see people who have 1 bar and mine has been stuck with that message, no refund amount, and no bars at all.

I woke up to the same exact thing. I have a tax payment due for last year but nothing weird. Just normal taxes. This year I’m getting a refund. Also, I’ve never updated in the middle of the week before.
