      So I updated to your return is still being processed a refund date will be provided when available.

          That’s the most common reason for that error. I’ve had it happen a couple times the past few years since i am a weekly cycle.

                You’re more than likely going into a re-sequence. If it was a manual review, it would tell you.

                    I did too. It says the exact same thing. Can’t order return transcript either.

                      Bill I think your answer is great thank you, i agree could mean allot…check wmr everyday for a error code or instruction to call the irs and check your mail box for a letter from the irs….if non of that happens and your waiting still after 21 days then call the irs.

                        Could mean a lot of different things, 1. Your resequenced (you didn’t process fast enough thrown back to re process) 2. Manual Review, something triggered their system and they have to review it. 3. Identity they want you to verify ID before going forward with refund

                        Its really really hard to tell, plus it could just mean its taking longer than normal
