      What does it mean when the 1 bar disappears? We didn’t have any of the credits. We only claim the college tuition and related expenses.

      We are actually getting money this year instead of paying in. I’m terrified that something is wrong.

          Normally no longer than 7–10days this year has been a bit different good luck hope you get it soon!

            We’re u able to see your transcripts just look and make sure there are no codes my bar went away and has been say for about two weeks now being processed looked up my transcripts had codes 971/570 letter and hold. Hopefully yours is in a better situation!

              No no don’t worry. If you’re getting the “we’ve received your refund and it’s being processed” message it’s perfectly normal. I’m pretty sure it means that they are doing just that,processing your refund,and it’ll update eventually to 2 bars/approved providing no issues. How long it is until your approved though I can’t say,sometimes it’s quick,sometimes it can be a month.
