DD’s are mostly automated, depending on how far into the process the money is.
DD’s go out pretty late, some banks like SB, round the clock during this season.

I logged into the turbo tax bank (SBTPG) and said my fees were deducted and sent to my bank today, so I called and spoke to a rep. from SBTPG and she said if it doesn’t show today to expect tomorrow morning (normally 1-3 Business days) from their bank to ours.I guess this problem only affects those who had fees deducted from their tax return.

I received mine over night/ early morning. No fees this year because I filed for free using credit karma. Last year I used a tax preparer & fees taken out. I got my deposit the day after my DDD

Tax refund direct deposit dates depend on your bank or other financial institution. If your account is with Wells Fargo, we will add your direct deposit amount to your available balance on the same business day we receive your deposit from the IRS. The cut off time is 4:00pm Monday-Thursday and 6:00pm Friday, local time

It’s now 1:27 in Ga and still nothing. This has NEVER happened before. The past 14 years filing the money has always been DD the morning of the DDD. What the heck?

Last year transcript said 2/21 and WF posted it 2/21. This year 2/26 on transcript and app so I’m guessing it will be 2/26 so tonight after mid night (maybe around 3am). Setting my alarm. Ha.

You could try Chime. No fees and they offer a feature called Spot Me. Where they’ll let you borrow up to $100 without having to pay any fees.
