      How can so many people be in review more then anything other year??

      No answers just canned answers no reason. For one if it is a math error wouldn’t that be an easy issue by looking on w2? If it was ID verify then verify and move on. How can also no one who has been in review actually been moved forward? So no one under review has been reviewed? No where has anyone said I’ve.no moved on?? What is happening here? And what is this 20180705 cycle code with 3/5/2018 that we all have is this when we will be refunded or released I mean these codes must mean something. I filed the 29th as well as many others with this but there are so many people and nothing is happening?

            Most likely you used a software that was not properly updated. There were changed made that took effect on February 8 and if you filled before that time there is a good possibility that the software you used to file was not reflecting those changes. Now your taxes have to be manually checked.

              Definitely everyone who filed early… irs doesn’t have enough computers or man power to review all these people. They’re just buying time. Thanks Trump

                How do you know your return is under review? Mines was filed and accepted 2/21. Still being processed.

                  I feel like it has to do with the filing dates. Everybody I know filed eaely february to mid and they ALL have their money. The few of us that filed the 29th or earlier got screwed, rather it is simply resquenced or they pulled all of them for review its pretty ridiculous either way. I feel like we got punished for filing early, they could at the very least provide us with a simple answer.

                    They told me there was no real reason for my review other than verifying information. No letter sent out or anything.

                        I was told I had to verify this year and last because turbo tax used 1040A instead of 1040.
