Im at we’ve recieved your return and it is being processed , a refund date will be available , and recieved a letter in the mail after 32 days saying its in review and review could be 60 days but i think review already happened and its saying processed

Does anyone have a number to reach out directly…as i recieved this same.thing on line..called 2 weeks ago and they said they had no i fo to give me and letter coming….still no letter..now says no.info and hangs up.

I got same due to 2nd stimulus rebate they messed up codes after issuing a check. And it was showing codes for name change or residency change And that we are on Medicaid 😆 And we had no changes on our taxes for past 6 years agent laughed her head off said whoever did this had no clue what we’re they doing she had to talk to manager to help her fix it that’s how bad it got.Now I have to wait 4 weeks to get check what a BS.
