"We have received your tax return and it is being reviewed"

Mine was RECEIVED on 2/13/2015, then 2/26/2015 got this message from the Where Is My Refund tool (without any code or requesting information):

“We have received your tax return and it is being reviewed.
Please Note:
For refund information, please continue to check here, or use our free mobile app, IRS2Go. Updates to refund status are made no more than once a day.”

Should I contact IRS or just wait for them to contact me with info/instruction? The only change this year was I moved a few months ago, so the address on the w-2 form is different than the filing address (my new address). Why there’s no code to let me know why my filing is being reviewed?

  Confusedtaxyear – I would recommend that you call them. My bars went missing since 2/6 with that message and I have still to get my bars back. You most likely were pulled for ID verify which will only extend the refund process much longer. In my case by other a month. Once you call the IRS and verify your ID then the wait is another 6-8 weeks from that point. Good luck.
