      Hey guys! I’ve been on here for a while & have been looking for some answers but can’t seem to find them. I would just like to know if anyone else – who is a PATHer has seen the message “we cannot provide any information about your return. Please wait 24 hours after your accepted return email has been sent”. It also has tax topic 152 at the bottom. I’ve never seen this before & have always done my taxes on my own.

      Accepted 1/29
      PATHER
      Received State about a week ago

      Help please..

          I filed my tax on 4/17 by mail and on the IRS website: it still said:

          You may not have entered your information correctly. Please verify your personal tax data and try again.

          Anyone is seeing this issue?

                Hello,

                So I filed my refund on Jan. 30th, 2020, it was approved on Feb. 2, 2020. At first on the WMR site it had 1 bar and said refund received and it was processing. Then on Feb 15, 2020 it changed to the PATH message for that day. On Feb.16, 2020 it chaned again that day the vars dissappeared and it just read Refund was still processing. Well at midnight lastnigbt it changed AGAIN but thos time its saying my info was incorrect, it say “we cannot provide any information on your return” to wait 24hrs for an accepted email. Is anyone else having this issue? And have yall had anymore updates?! Thank You

                    Patientlywaiting have u had any changes cause mines have been doing the same thing for 3 days now I wmr says no info I call an it says no info also .I been looking for answers i have no CODES wut so ever it just sitting their Frustrating

                      The first time it happened, it was about 2-3 days that the message stayed like that and I was freaking out too because I never had this message before, just this year. Then that’s when the Path message showed up. Try calling the 800 number and see what it tells you. It may be different and eventually will update to whatever message is on that compared to the wmr which is never 100% accurate.

                        Okay, will do. I’m trying not to freak out & just wait but it gets worse for me everyday. I end up back on here trying to figure out answers. Mine has never moved. It’s said that since the beginning. I also called & it said the same thing.

                          I did receive the same message too twice during the updates then eventually a day later it changed back to the Path Message. What I did was I called the 800 number and it did say the Path Message even though the online wmr was saying my information was incorrect and they couldn’t provide any info. Just wait until tonight yours should change.
