We broke the IRS

They were forced to do maintenance on the website due to high traffic volumes, per us checking them weekly updates. But since then they had to limit the number of clicks until it gets resolved.

Stay persistent, it’s the only way we can show them that people NEED their return in a timely manner, not their own.

  Yeah I just tried to login and got a message saying due to high volume, I may have to wait longer to access the site. Definitely crashed it.

  Yeah, stay persistent. Just keep hitting reload and no one will ever get to check their transcripts. If we are lucky, maybe the IRS will start charging a fee for the service?
  
  It hasn’t even been 3 weeks since they started accepting returns.
